Indian nationals are eligible for visa-free entry into the Philippines tourists if they
have ALL of the following: (14 days Free VISA)
You can have a Philippines stamped VISA or use the VOA facility. Stamped visa has lot many documents to be submitted.
i. Applicant possesses a valid tourism/business/student visa or if he/she is a
permanent resident of any of the following countries: Australia, Japan,
Canada, Singapore, Schengen area, USA, and the United Kingdom
(AJACSSUK);
ii. Applicant’s passport must be at least six (6) months valid from the time of
departure from the Philippines;
iii. Applicant possesses an onward travel ticket to India or the next country of
destination; and
iv. Applicant has no derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of
Immigration.
How did I accomplish this:
1. I have a valid USA B1/B2 long term Visa, so entry was free for me with no questions asked.
2. I was travelling with 2 friends with no valid Philippines Visa, this is what we did.
-Applied Singapore VISA - You can apply via VFS or use agents like Musafir/Makemytrip(Approx 5-7 days to get a EVISA ( 2months to 2 years- Period depends on Consulate)
-One of my friend got a 2 month VISA and the other 1 year VISA.
3. The above clause nowhere mentions it should be a used VISA, but we dint want to take a RISK.
-Flew from Bangalore to Singapore, stayed for a day (Passport stamped)
-Next day morning flight to Manila.
At Philippines Immigration:
